- Built for checkout counters: The SPRT SP 890E thermal receipt printer serves POS systems in retail shops, restaurants, and hospitality businesses.
- Direct thermal printing: Thermal line printing produces text, barcodes, and graphics without ink, toner, or ribbons. Resolution is 8 dots/mm, with a stated printing speed of 40 mm/s.
- USB and LAN connectivity: Connect to compatible POS systems through USB or a local network.
- Flexible receipt widths: Supports nominal 80mm and 58mm paper widths, specified as 79.5 ± 0.5 mm or 57.5 ± 0.5 mm. Effective printing widths are 72 mm and 48 mm.
- Paper handling: Accepts normal thermal paper and blackmark paper, with a maximum roll diameter of 80 mm and paper thickness from 0.06 to 0.08 mm.
